Our Verdict
The choice between Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date and Swap Global hinges on the merchant's needs. Delm is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on domestic sales who want to enhance their customer experience by providing accurate delivery estimates. Swap Global is essential for merchants selling internationally, especially those utilizing Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, as it automates duty/tax calculation, remittance, and customs clearance. For a primarily domestic shop, Swap Global offers features that are likely not relevant. Conversely, Delm offers no help with international tax and duty compliance.
