Our Verdict
Deshi Fulfillment is best suited for merchants who prioritize internal order management efficiency and want to automate the process of updating order statuses within their team. EOE - Easy Order Editing is a better choice for merchants who want to empower their customers with post-purchase order modification capabilities, ultimately aiming to reduce cancellations, lower support ticket volume, and improve customer satisfaction. Given the lack of reviews and zero rating of Deshi Fulfillment, it carries significant risk, while the 5-star rating and 11 reviews of EOE suggest it provides a functional and satisfactory solution for its specific use case.
Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing customer service inquiries?
EOE - Easy Order Editing is specifically designed to reduce customer service inquiries related to order changes by allowing customers to self-manage modifications.
Which app is better for keeping my team informed about order statuses?
Deshi Fulfillment is designed for this purpose, automatically updating order tags at each stage of fulfillment to keep admin and teams informed.
Can Deshi Fulfillment help me reduce order cancellations?
Not directly. Deshi Fulfillment focuses on internal order processing, not customer-facing order modification, so it doesn't directly address order cancellations.
What are the risks of choosing Deshi Fulfillment over EOE given the current data?
Given its zero rating and lack of reviews, choosing Deshi Fulfillment carries a higher risk. There's little evidence to suggest it effectively delivers on its promises, or that it's even a functional app. More research and testing would be required.
