Our Verdict
Deshi Fulfillment, in theory, could be valuable for larger operations needing granular control over their internal order tracking and communication. However, the complete absence of reviews and a 0/5 rating makes it a highly risky choice. Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync, with its stellar rating and substantial review count, presents a far more reliable option for merchants heavily reliant on PayPal and Stripe who need to accelerate fund availability and reduce payment-related issues. While Deshi *might* appeal to merchants who desperately need highly specific internal order workflow customization, it's almost impossible to recommend it in its current state, due to the lack of evidence that it works as intended. For the vast majority of Shopify merchants, Synctrack is the clearly superior choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync likely has a simpler setup process due to its focus on automated synchronization with PayPal and Stripe. Deshi Fulfillment's customizable tag updates suggest a potentially more involved initial configuration.
Which app helps reduce customer complaints?
Both apps *can* potentially reduce customer complaints. Deshi Fulfillment aims to improve communication through order status updates. Synctrack can reduce complaints related to delayed payments by accelerating fund access and reducing disputes, though not directly regarding the shipment itself.
Which app integrates with payment gateways?
Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync explicitly integrates with PayPal and Stripe. Deshi Fulfillment does not directly integrate with payment gateways.
Which app is better for small businesses?
Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is likely better for most small businesses, especially those relying on PayPal and Stripe. The benefits of faster funds and reduced disputes outweigh the need for highly customized internal order tagging that Deshi Fulfillment aims to provide, especially considering Deshi's lack of reviews.
Is Deshi Fulfillment riskier to try than Synctrack?
Yes, Deshi Fulfillment presents a significantly higher risk due to its zero ratings and lack of reviews, meaning there's no social proof or validation of its functionality. Synctrack, on the other hand, has a strong reputation indicated by its high rating and large number of reviews.
