Our Verdict
Given the current data, Yagi Address Edit Helper is the clear choice for merchants specifically looking to streamline shipping address updates. Its positive rating, coupled with its explicit feature set designed to empower customers, offers a tangible benefit to both merchants and customers. Desty Omnichannel, lacking reviews or any description of its capabilities, represents a significant risk. While it could potentially offer a broader range of omnichannel solutions, the lack of information makes it impossible to assess its value. Merchants needing a solution for customer-managed shipping address adjustments should strongly consider Yagi.
