Our Verdict
DHL Express (Official) is the better choice for merchants who already use or plan to use DHL Express for their international shipping needs. The app provides seamless integration and automation for these users, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. However, the low rating and potentially limited flexibility compared to other options may be a concern. Shipping Rates Rules & Zones is ideal for merchants with complex shipping needs, requiring highly customized rates based on location, product attributes, or time of day. While it requires Carrier-Calculated Shipping (CCS) and potentially more configuration, it offers unparalleled control over shipping costs. Consider Shipping Rates Rules & Zones if you need granular control and aren't specifically tied to DHL.
