DHL & Post Shipping | easyDHL vs Workflow Automation—React Flowfor Shopify (2026)
DHL & Post Shipping | easyDHL and Workflow Automation—React Flow both aim to improve Shopify merchants' order workflows, but they address fundamentally different aspects. easyDHL focuses specifically on streamlining the DHL shipping process, providing tools for label creation, tracking, and document generation. Its strength lies in its deep integration with DHL and postal services, offering features like a rule engine for selecting the right DHL product and barcode-based shipping workflows to reduce errors. This app is best suited for merchants heavily reliant on DHL for shipping. Workflow Automation—React Flow, on the other hand, is a broader automation tool. It allows merchants to build custom workflows for a variety of tasks, including customer tagging, discount management, email marketing, and order fulfillment. Its strength is its flexibility and ability to connect with other popular platforms like Mailchimp and Slack. The primary distinction between these two apps lies in their scope. easyDHL is a specialized shipping solution, whereas Workflow Automation—React Flow is a generalized automation platform. Merchants experiencing significant pain points specifically related to DHL shipping inefficiencies should strongly consider easyDHL. Conversely, merchants seeking a versatile tool to automate a wide range of business processes beyond just shipping, such as customer management, marketing, and inventory control, will find Workflow Automation—React Flow a better fit. The choice hinges on whether the merchant needs a dedicated DHL shipping solution or a more encompassing automation tool.
