Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a very straightforward setup process, brand customization, and robust content protection features like watermarking and download limits, Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk appears to be a strong choice. The explicitly stated 24/7 support is also a significant advantage for less tech-savvy merchants. Furthermore, businesses focused on selling license keys or delivering custom digital artwork will find Filemonk's feature set highly valuable.
Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads, while also highly rated, lacks feature details. If a merchant is primarily concerned with a widely used app and is comfortable with potentially exploring features themselves, Sky Pilot's slightly higher review count might be appealing. However, the absence of specifics makes it difficult to definitively recommend over Filemonk without further information on Sky Pilot's features.
