Discount Depot vs DSers‑AliExpress Dropshippingfor Shopify (2026)
Discount Depot and DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping, while sharing the 'Sourcing options' category on Shopify, cater to drastically different merchant needs and business models. Discount Depot focuses on providing native, comprehensive discounting solutions to existing businesses, allowing them to implement various pricing strategies like BOGO, volume discounts, and shipping discounts directly within their Shopify store. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to boost sales through sophisticated discounting strategies on their existing product lines, Discount Depot is the better choice. Its native integration and no-code requirement make it accessible to a broader range of users. However, those looking to start a business without holding inventory and wanting to leverage AliExpress as a sourcing platform should opt for DSers. DSers provides the necessary tools for product import, supplier management, and automated order processing, making it a crucial tool for dropshipping businesses.
While DSers boasts significantly more reviews, the choice ultimately depends on the merchant's business model and goals. If you have products and need discounting tools, choose Discount Depot. If you want to dropship from AliExpress, choose DSers. They serve completely different purposes.
