Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with controlling their own pricing and running direct promotional campaigns, Discount Mixer: Bulk Discounts is the better choice. Its wide range of discount options and customization features allow for a highly tailored approach to sales. However, merchants looking to expand their reach beyond their existing customer base and leverage the influence of external creators should opt for Shopify Collabs. Its focus on affiliate marketing provides a commission-based incentive system that can drive significant sales growth.
If a merchant wants more control over discounts that appear on their own store directly, Discount Mixer is ideal. Collabs is for those wanting to grow sales by expanding reach beyond their own customer base. If ratings are significant, the difference is substantial between these two products.
