Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Discounts Hub Unique Discount appears to be a better choice for merchants seeking a wide array of highly customizable discount options and who need very specific discount rules. The higher number of reviews and detailed feature list suggests a more mature and robust app. Simple Promotions and Upsells might be suitable for merchants looking for a very basic and easy-to-implement solution, particularly if their needs are focused on simpler promotions and potentially upsells, but the lack of information makes it difficult to confidently recommend it over Discounts Hub, particularly where custom discount types are concerned.
