Our Verdict
Choosing between DisputeNinja and SC Customer Tagging depends entirely on the specific needs of the Shopify merchant. If a merchant struggles with a high volume of chargebacks and lacks the time or expertise to effectively dispute them, DisputeNinja offers a compelling solution. However, the lack of reviews is a risk. On the other hand, merchants aiming to improve their marketing effectiveness through better customer segmentation and personalized communication would significantly benefit from SC Customer Tagging. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest a well-received and reliable solution. For a new merchant with low chargeback rates but a growing customer base, SC Customer Tagging is the clear choice. For a larger, more established business plagued by chargebacks, DisputeNinja might be worth investigating, despite the absence of reviews, if their claimed expertise is verifiable.
