Our Verdict
Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent appears to be the stronger choice for Shopify merchants actively seeking to prevent fraudulent orders. Its high rating and existing reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution. The rule-based system gives merchants more control. Disputer by Safe App may be suitable for merchants who are already struggling with a high volume of chargebacks and need an automated solution for managing them. However, the lack of reviews or rating makes it a riskier choice compared to Fraud Falcon. Unless a merchant specifically needs after-the-fact chargeback response automation, Fraud Falcon's proactive approach is likely the better investment.
