Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with *managing* existing chargebacks and less focused on proactive prevention, Disputifier: Smart Chargebacks might be a suitable choice, especially given its higher number of reviews. However, for merchants prioritizing a *preventative* approach to fraud and willing to invest in setting up custom rules, Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent offers a more comprehensive solution with its automated actions and setup wizard. While its review count is lower, its perfect rating suggests high satisfaction among its existing users. Smaller stores with less complex needs might find Fraud Falcon's rule-based system easier to manage from the outset.
