Our Verdict
Terms and Conditions Terms:Pro appears to be the stronger choice for merchants primarily concerned with GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD compliance, especially given its existing positive reviews. The choice of inline checkbox or popup also provides flexibility. DIY Terms & Conditions *might* be suitable for merchants with highly specific, non-standard restrictions or acknowledgements that require a high degree of customization beyond data privacy compliance. However, the lack of reviews and zero rating presents a significant risk. For most use cases, Terms and Conditions Terms:Pro seems to be a better option based on available data.
