Our Verdict
Dondy: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is the better choice for merchants heavily invested in WhatsApp as their primary customer communication channel and seeking specialized WhatsApp marketing features. This is especially true if they prefer a focused tool over a broad platform. Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing is more suitable for merchants looking for a comprehensive marketing solution that integrates email, SMS, and potentially other channels via its numerous integrations. Its AI-powered automation and Shopify integration make it a strong contender for merchants wanting to leverage data and personalization for increased sales across multiple platforms. For businesses seeking to scale their marketing efforts beyond WhatsApp, Mailchimp is likely the superior option.
