Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants struggling with data integrity and inaccurate CLV due to duplicate accounts, Doppelganger may offer a solution, albeit one with very limited user reviews and a low rating. However, given the limited information and poor reviews, it presents a higher risk. For merchants prioritizing active engagement, customer retention, and brand advocacy, Loyoly is a significantly stronger choice. Its high rating, substantial user base, customizable features, and emphasis on generating UGC make it a more compelling option for those looking to build a thriving loyalty program.
The vast difference in ratings and reviews suggests that Loyoly is a much more reliable and effective solution in 2026. Unless data integrity is a *critical* and immediate concern with limited other options, Loyoly's focus on active loyalty building is the superior choice for most stores.
