Doran Product Reviews App & QA vs Eggflow: Instant Reviewfor Shopify (2026)
Doran Product Reviews App & QA and Eggflow: Instant Review both aim to help Shopify merchants collect and display product reviews to boost sales through social proof. However, their current standing in the Shopify app store paints vastly different pictures. Doran boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on a substantial 510 reviews, indicating widespread satisfaction and reliability. Eggflow, on the other hand, struggles with a 1/5 rating from a single review, suggesting potential issues with functionality, customer support, or overall performance. Our Verdict
Based on available data, Doran Product Reviews App & QA is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its significantly higher rating and substantial number of positive reviews inspire confidence in its functionality and reliability. Eggflow: Instant Review, with its abysmal rating and single review, presents a significant risk. While Eggflow highlights social media sharing as a key feature and promotes ease of use, the lack of positive feedback makes it difficult to recommend, except perhaps to very small businesses willing to take a chance on an unproven app and provide feedback to its developers. It is crucial for Eggflow to significantly improve its product and garner positive reviews to become a viable competitor.
