Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on their Google My Business (Google Maps) presence and looking to easily import and showcase those reviews with AI-powered features, Google Reviews by Reputon is the clear winner. Its multi-location support and store locator functionality are particularly valuable for businesses with physical stores.
If a merchant prioritizes complete control over their review ecosystem, focusing solely on internal reviews collected directly from their customers, and doesn't need Google integration, Doran Product Reviews App & QA could be a viable option, although more information on feature set is needed to fully determine fit.
