Our Verdict
The choice between DoubleTick WhatsApp Sales CRM and Loyal • Customer Segments depends heavily on the merchant's priorities. If a merchant is looking to actively engage customers through WhatsApp, focusing on immediate sales and personalized communication within that platform, DoubleTick might be a viable option, however the low rating and small number of reviews should raise caution. Conversely, if the merchant's goal is to understand customer behavior, segment their audience based on loyalty metrics, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to improve long-term customer retention, Loyal • Customer Segments is a stronger choice, supported by its perfect rating and more substantial review count. Given the significant difference in rating and review volume, Loyal is likely the better option for most merchants.
