Our Verdict
Based on the available data in 2026, Wa : WhatsApp Marketing & Chat appears to be the more favorably reviewed and used option, demonstrated by the considerably higher number of reviews and perfect rating. However, DoubleTick WhatsApp Sales CRM is more explicit about the features it offers, specifically the various notification options and the WhatsApp chatbot. If a merchant prioritizes a well-reviewed app, despite the absence of specific features provided in the description, Wa : WhatsApp Marketing & Chat is the safer bet. If the specific features offered by DoubleTick are crucial for a merchant's workflow, and they are willing to overlook the poor reviews and low user count, DoubleTick might be worth exploring with caution and a trial period.
