Our Verdict
For general Shopify merchants looking to enhance product customization and potentially influence pricing based on selected options, DPO Dynamic Product Options is likely the better choice. The higher review count suggests a broader appeal and a longer track record of successful implementation. However, if you are a B2B or wholesale merchant heavily reliant on Shopify POS and require functionalities like volume discounts, quantity rules, PO number support, and customer-specific pricing within the POS system, then Extend POS for B2B & Wholesale is the clearly superior option, despite the limited review data. The very specific feature set caters directly to the unique needs of wholesale operations within a POS environment. The one review may be too little data to trust; merchants should conduct additional research.
