It likely targets merchants who want to offer extensive customization options to their customers and directly affect the customer-facing price. FlexiFees ‑ Conditional Fees, in contrast, is designed to add mandatory fees and surcharges to the cart, based on conditions. The app aims to offer more flexibility to the merchant in regard to the store's final pricing. Our Verdict
For most merchants seeking reliable functionality and a smooth user experience, DPO Dynamic Product Options is the safer choice. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest a well-developed and well-supported app. It's ideally suited for businesses that benefit from offering customers choices related to a product.
FlexiFees ‑ Conditional Fees carries significant risk due to its extremely low rating and minimal review count. Unless a merchant has a very specific and unusual need for conditional fees and is willing to invest time in troubleshooting potential issues, it is difficult to recommend. It could be suitable for merchants with specific compliance needs, assuming they are comfortable with potential issues and limitations.
