DPO Dynamic Product Options vs Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
DPO Dynamic Product Options and Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing are both Shopify apps in the Pricing category with perfect 5/5 ratings, but they cater to very different needs. DPO Dynamic Product Options, boasting a substantial 290 reviews, likely focuses on customizing individual product options and possibly affecting pricing based on those selections for a broad retail audience. In contrast, Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing, despite only having 2 reviews, explicitly targets businesses needing wholesale pricing functionality, volume discounts, and B2B customer management tools. Wholesale GOAT provides tools like custom forms, customer approval dashboards, and file storage to manage wholesale accounts. It facilitates tiered pricing, tax exemptions, and integrates with Shopify's checkout for a seamless B2B experience. DPO Dynamic Product Options, implied by its name and larger review base, likely concentrates on modifying product attributes. Merchants should choose based on whether they need in-depth product customization options (DPO) or robust wholesale and B2B management tools (Wholesale GOAT).

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on retail and requiring extensive customization options for their products that impact pricing, DPO Dynamic Product Options appears to be a more suitable choice. The high number of positive reviews suggests a well-established app with a user-friendly interface, though this is not explicitly stated.
However, for businesses operating in the wholesale or B2B space, Wholesale GOAT: B2B Pricing is clearly the superior option. Its feature set is specifically designed to handle the complexities of wholesale pricing, customer management, and order processing. Although the review count is low, the functionalities like custom forms, price lists, volume discounts, and integration with the Shopify checkout make it a comprehensive solution for wholesale operations. Retail businesses looking to add a B2B sales channel should also consider Wholesale GOAT.
