Dr Volume & Bulk Discount vs Enhance: VAT Dual Prices B2Bfor Shopify (2026)
Dr Volume & Bulk Discount and Enhance: VAT Dual Prices B2B are both 5-star rated Shopify apps in the 'Pricing' category, but they cater to fundamentally different needs. Dr Volume & Bulk Discount focuses on increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion by offering tiered pricing discounts based on quantity. It targets merchants looking to incentivize bulk purchases through automatically applied discounts at the product, variant, or collection level. Enhance: VAT Dual Prices B2B, on the other hand, aims to provide pricing clarity for businesses selling to both B2B and B2C customers, particularly in regions where VAT is a significant factor. Enhance: VAT Dual Prices B2B allows merchants to display VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive prices simultaneously, customize tax rules based on various criteria, and tailor the visual presentation of prices to align with their brand. While both apps fall under the broad 'Pricing' umbrella, one directly manipulates prices to encourage buying behavior, while the other focuses on transparent and compliant price display, specifically addressing tax-related concerns, and is likely more relevant for merchants selling internationally or to a mix of business and consumer clients.
