Dr Volume & Bulk Discount vs Price List Pro ‑ products listfor Shopify (2026)
Dr Volume & Bulk Discount and Price List Pro ‑ products list are both well-regarded Shopify apps with perfect 5/5 ratings, but they serve fundamentally different purposes. Dr Volume focuses on dynamically adjusting pricing based on quantity, aiming to increase average order value by incentivizing bulk purchases. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking an automated way to boost their average order value through volume-based discounts, Dr Volume & Bulk Discount is the clear choice. Its automatic tiered pricing and compatibility with other discounts make it a powerful tool for increasing sales. It's especially useful for stores with a wide range of products where manually managing discounts would be time-consuming.
However, if the primary need is to provide customers with comprehensive, downloadable price lists for offline reference or B2B sales, Price List Pro is the more suitable option. Its ability to display various product details and generate XLS/PDF catalogs fills a very different need. It's also beneficial for businesses that want to make it easy for customers to print or share product information.
