Dr Volume & Bulk Discount vs Singleton | Advanced Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
Both 'Dr Volume & Bulk Discount' and 'Singleton | Advanced Discounts' are Shopify apps designed to help merchants increase sales through discounts, but they target slightly different needs. 'Dr Volume & Bulk Discount' focuses specifically on volume and tiered pricing, offering automatic, native discounts without draft orders. This makes it a good fit for merchants seeking a straightforward solution for quantity-based discounts. Its strength lies in its ease of use and direct integration with the Shopify discount system. It directly addresses the need to automatically apply bulk discounts based on quantity, collection or even variants. 'Singleton | Advanced Discounts', on the other hand, provides a broader set of discount options, including automatic and code-based discounts for both products and shipping. Its more extensive feature set caters to merchants who want more flexibility in creating various discount types, including customer-specific discounts, wholesale pricing, and leveraging discount codes alongside volume-based discounts. Singleton emphasizes discount visibility in carts and checkout to highlight savings.
