DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget vs E‑stebdal Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget and E‑stebdal Returns & Exchanges both aim to improve returns handling for Shopify merchants, but they take very different approaches. E-stebdal is aimed at merchants looking for a comprehensive solution to manage the entire returns and exchange workflow, improve customer experience around returns, and retain revenue by encouraging exchanges instead of refunds.
