DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget vs LABL Guaranteefor Shopify (2026)
DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget and LABL Guarantee are both Shopify apps operating in the Returns and Warranty, and Returns and Exchanges categories, but they target different aspects of the returns process and cater to distinct merchant needs. DRIP focuses on directly selling open box or imperfect items, empowering merchants to regain revenue from otherwise unsellable stock. It emphasizes control over branding, pricing, and the direct customer relationship. LABL Guarantee, on the other hand, provides a post-purchase protection and returns management solution, offering shipping coverage, product warranties, and streamlined returns handling through a unified portal. DRIP is positioned towards merchants who want to actively market their returned or imperfect items and control the selling process on their own store. It's ideal for businesses with a consistent flow of returned or slightly damaged products they can sell at a discount. LABL Guarantee, in contrast, caters to merchants looking to enhance customer confidence and simplify returns management by outsourcing protection and logistics. It prioritizes post-purchase support and streamlining the returns process, potentially appealing to businesses with a high volume of orders and a need for efficient returns handling. The rating disparity, with DRIP at 5/5 (32 reviews) and LABL Guarantee at 3/5 (1 review), suggests that DRIP has stronger positive user feedback and a more established user base.

Our Verdict
For merchants wanting to actively sell returned or imperfect items directly on their site and retain complete control over the process, DRIP: Returns For Sale Widget is the clear choice. Its focus on direct sales, customizable branding, and fast setup makes it a compelling option for maximizing revenue from these products. The higher rating and greater number of reviews further strengthen its position.
LABL Guarantee is better suited for merchants seeking a comprehensive post-purchase protection and returns management solution. If your priority is to offer shipping coverage, product warranties, and streamline returns through a unified portal, LABL Guarantee provides a more comprehensive set of features for this purpose. However, the lower rating and lack of user reviews should be considered.
