Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Nector: Loyalty & Rewards is the significantly safer and more established choice for Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews suggest a functional and valuable application. Dropstars – Reviews, in its current state with zero reviews, presents a significant risk. Unless a merchant is specifically looking to experiment with unproven software and is comfortable with potential implementation challenges, Nector is the clear frontrunner, especially for businesses looking to improve customer retention and reward loyal customers. While both apps are listed under product reviews, the lack of reviews for Dropstars makes Nector the better choice if reviews are a high priority.
