Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
DS Auto gift & discount appears to be easier to set up due to its pre-built themes and automated discount application. SupaEasy, while simplifying function creation with AI, still requires you to understand the desired logic and configure the created functions.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, yes, but it would require careful planning to avoid conflicts. DS Auto gift & discount could handle standard promotions, while SupaEasy manages more complex, customized checkout rules. You would need to test thoroughly to ensure they interact as intended.
Which app is more suitable for Shopify Plus merchants?
Both apps are suitable for Shopify Plus merchants. SupaEasy is particularly useful for those who previously relied on Shopify Scripts and need a replacement solution. DS Auto gift & discount provides additional marketing automation for Plus merchants who want to maximize promotional effectiveness.
What kind of support do these apps offer?
The provided information does not describe support capabilities. However, the number of reviews for SupaEasy suggests a larger user base and likely more community support. Check app documentation and app store details for specific support offerings.
Does the 'smart engine' in DS Auto gift & discount guarantee the best possible discount is always applied?
The term 'smart engine' suggests optimization, but without further details, it's impossible to guarantee it always finds the absolute best discount. It likely prioritizes applying the most valuable discount to the customer, but edge cases may exist where a different combination could be marginally better. Thorough testing is still recommended.
