Our Verdict
Choosing between Détaxer avec SolPay and Paltrack PayPal Tracking Sync depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. Détaxer avec SolPay is the clear choice for French-based merchants who want to offer tax-free shopping to international customers and streamline the tax refund process. Its focus is niche, but it solves a specific problem very well. The perfect rating, while based on a smaller sample size, suggests high satisfaction among its users.
Paltrack PayPal Tracking Sync is better suited for merchants, especially dropshippers and high-volume sellers, who rely on PayPal for payments and are concerned about payment holds and delays. While the rating is lower, the app addresses a widespread pain point in the eCommerce industry. If PayPal is a critical part of your business and you need to optimize your payment processing, Paltrack is the more relevant option. If you're a French merchant aiming to offer tax refunds, Détaxer avec SolPay is the only viable option from these two.
