Our Verdict
ILS: Indian Logistics Services is the clear frontrunner for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its comprehensive features, integration with multiple logistics providers, and overwhelmingly positive reviews make it a safer and more robust choice. It's especially well-suited for merchants who use a variety of shipping carriers or who need advanced features like bulk order processing and return management.
DTDC EConnect might only be suitable for merchants who exclusively use DTDC for shipping and who are willing to take a risk on an app with extremely low ratings and few reviews. Even in that niche scenario, carefully vetting the app and expecting potential issues is advised.
