Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing visual product discovery and specifically targeting customers searching for products by color, Infinite Color Search by Hoppn is the clear choice. Its high rating and existing customer reviews indicate satisfaction and effectiveness. The no-code installation also makes it appealing for those seeking a simple setup. However, DTEC Voice Shopping Assistant might be suitable for forward-thinking merchants looking to offer a unique, voice-driven shopping experience, provided they are willing to take a risk on an unproven app and potentially invest more time and resources in the setup and optimization.
The lack of reviews for DTEC Voice Shopping Assistant raises concerns about its reliability and functionality. Until it gains traction and demonstrates its value, Infinite Color Search by Hoppn represents the safer and more established option, especially for merchants where color is a significant driver of purchasing decisions.
