Our Verdict
Duplify is the clear choice for merchants needing comprehensive store replication, staging, or backup capabilities. Its ability to clone entire stores makes it invaluable for complex setups and disaster recovery. However, if a merchant's primary concern is migrating existing gift card balances to Shopify or enhancing marketing with gift card promotions, Selling Point offers a more specialized and potentially faster solution. While Selling Point enjoys a slightly higher rating, Duplify's larger review count may indicate broader adoption and a more established track record for general store duplication tasks.
Common Questions

Duplify is significantly better for creating staging environments. Its core functionality is store cloning, allowing you to create an exact copy of your live store for testing without affecting your customers.
Which app is more cost-effective if I only need to migrate gift card data to Shopify?
Selling Point would likely be more cost-effective in this scenario. Its pricing is tailored to gift card migration, while Duplify offers a broader set of features that you may not need and therefore may pay for unnecessarily.

Duplify is suitable for backing up your store. Selling Point does not offer backup functionality.
Which app is easier to use for merchants with limited technical expertise?
