DX Chat Button Pro vs Ests Inquire Profor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between DX Chat Button Pro and Ests Inquire Pro for their support needs face a significant challenge due to the disparity in user feedback. DX Chat Button Pro currently lacks any reviews, resulting in a 0/5 rating, making it difficult to assess its usability, reliability, or effectiveness. In contrast, Ests Inquire Pro has garnered a perfect 5/5 rating based on a single review, suggesting a positive initial experience, although the limited sample size necessitates cautious interpretation. Both apps are categorized under 'Support - Other,' implying they offer similar functionalities, but the specific feature sets remain unknown based solely on the provided data. The lack of data for DX Chat Button Pro means that merchants considering it would essentially be taking a risk, relying solely on the app's description and any available developer documentation. Ests Inquire Pro, with its perfect rating (albeit from one review), presents a slightly more appealing option. However, merchants should acknowledge that a single positive review might not be representative of the overall user experience. Further research, including reaching out to the developers directly and looking for independent online mentions (if any exist outside the Shopify App Store), is crucial for making an informed decision. Without further information, it's hard to definitively recommend either app. Both could suit different merchants; DX Chat Button Pro *could* be a good fit for risk-tolerant merchants willing to try a new product, while Ests Inquire Pro *could* appeal to those who prioritize an app with an initial positive review, even with limited data.

Our Verdict
Based on the limited information available, neither app can be definitively recommended. For risk-averse merchants, Ests Inquire Pro, despite only having one review, offers a slightly safer option due to its perfect rating, suggesting a potentially positive user experience. However, merchants must acknowledge the small sample size and conduct further research before committing. DX Chat Button Pro is a higher-risk choice, suitable only for merchants willing to be early adopters and provide feedback to the developers. If merchants have sufficient time for thorough testing and are comfortable with potential issues, DX Chat Button Pro could be considered, but only after carefully reviewing its description and available documentation and directly contacting the developer with pre-purchase questions. It's crucial that merchants consider that neither has an established track record.
