Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a fully-featured loyalty program with points, referrals, and VIP tiers, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards appears to be the stronger choice, based on its significantly higher rating and review count. Its comprehensive features offer greater flexibility in designing a rewarding customer experience. However, if the goal is to implement a simple, straightforward cashback system without the complexities of points and tiers, GiftKart: Cashback & Gift Card provides a viable alternative, particularly for merchants already familiar with or reliant on Shopify's Native Store Credits. While the lack of ratings is concerning, if the need is simple cashback, GiftKart is potentially easier to adopt.
