Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a highly customizable and easy-to-use loyalty program primarily focused on points, rewards, and referrals, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is likely the better option. Its 5-star rating and high number of reviews suggest strong user satisfaction. However, merchants requiring a more comprehensive solution that integrates loyalty with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and analytics should strongly consider Marsello: Loyalty, Email, SMS, even with the slightly lower rating. Marsello's POS integration also makes it a better choice for brick-and-mortar businesses with an online presence.
Essentially, E! is the 'plug-and-play' loyalty app, while Marsello is the integrated marketing hub with a loyalty component. The best choice hinges on the merchant's specific needs and marketing strategy.
