Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a full-fledged, customizable loyalty program with points, rewards, referrals, and VIP tiers, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the clear choice. Its feature set and significantly higher review count suggest a more robust and widely adopted solution. However, for merchants with a strong focus on environmental sustainability and a desire to appeal to eco-conscious consumers, Plant Trees with the Carma App provides a unique and targeted approach to customer loyalty. If a merchant already has an established loyalty program, using the Carma app to enhance their environmental claims would also be a useful case. The difference in functionality is key: E! offers a suite of engagement tools, while Carma uses a single environmental action to build customer connections.
