E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards vs Rivyo : Reviews & Loyalty Appfor Shopify (2026)
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards and Rivyo : Reviews & Loyalty App both aim to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales on Shopify, but they take slightly different approaches. E! focuses almost exclusively on building a comprehensive loyalty program centered around points, referrals, and VIP tiers. Their entire value proposition revolves around creating engaging and gamified loyalty experiences. Rivyo, on the other hand, offers a broader suite of features, including review management (importing, requesting, showcasing) alongside a loyalty and rewards engine. Rivyo positions itself as a tool for building trust and social proof in addition to rewarding customer loyalty. The primary difference lies in their scope. E! targets merchants seeking deep customization and focus within their loyalty program itself. Rivyo suits merchants who need a more holistic solution combining customer reviews for social proof with a basic but functional loyalty program. E! emphasizes 'fun' and 'gamified rewards,' suggesting a higher degree of customization available within the loyalty structure. Rivyo prioritizes ease of use and integration with other platforms like Amazon and AliExpress, emphasizing its review import capabilities. Ultimately the ideal choice will depend on whether a merchant is looking for granular loyalty program customization, or a wider range of features including reviews and referral management in one place.

Our Verdict
For merchants hyper-focused on building a meticulously customized and engaging loyalty program with many options, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is likely the better choice. Its 'gamified' approach and emphasis on customizability suggests a deeper level of control. However, if the goal is to build trust and credibility through customer reviews while also offering a basic loyalty program, Rivyo : Reviews & Loyalty App is the stronger option. Rivyo's review import and management features offer a significant advantage for quickly establishing social proof, especially for new stores.
The higher review count of Rivyo also provides some indication of a wider user base and potentially more established support and community. While E!'s perfect rating is appealing, the relatively low review count suggests it may be a newer or more niche application. If reviews are not a priority, and a highly customizable loyalty program is paramount, E! is worth the risk. Otherwise, Rivyo appears to offer a more robust and versatile solution.
