E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards vs Singleton | Welcome Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards and Singleton | Welcome Discounts, while both falling under the 'Customer Loyalty' and 'Loyalty and Rewards' categories in the Shopify app store, cater to vastly different merchant needs and strategies. Our Verdict
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the clear choice for merchants looking to build a robust, long-term customer loyalty program with a wide range of features and extensive customization options. Its high rating and large number of positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution. Singleton | Welcome Discounts, on the other hand, may be suitable for merchants prioritizing immediate conversion and customer acquisition through welcome discounts. However, its significantly lower rating and minimal reviews raise concerns about its reliability and overall effectiveness. A merchant choosing Singleton should test thoroughly and be prepared to troubleshoot potential issues. Singleton might be a good temporary solution while researching or building a larger loyalty program.
