E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards vs SureBright Product Protectionfor Shopify (2026)

Our Verdict
Choosing between E! and SureBright depends heavily on your business goals. If your primary focus is building a thriving community, encouraging repeat purchases, and increasing customer lifetime value through engagement, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the stronger choice. Its comprehensive loyalty program features offer extensive customization and gamification opportunities. However, if you're more concerned with increasing average order value, reducing customer anxiety around shipping or product defects, and generating additional revenue streams through product protection plans, SureBright Product Protection is the better option. This is especially true for merchants selling products prone to damage or loss.
