E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards vs ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZerofor Shopify (2026)
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards and ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero both aim to improve the customer experience but tackle entirely different aspects of loyalty. E! focuses on traditional loyalty schemes by building a customized rewards program, offering points, referrals, and VIP tiers to increase customer engagement and retention. It aims to create a fun, gamified loyalty experience that boosts sales and fosters long-term customer relationships. ZeroPact.co, on the other hand, targets environmentally conscious customers by enabling a carbon-neutral shopping experience. It calculates and offsets carbon footprints for each purchase, allowing merchants to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability. While both apps fall under the broader 'Customer loyalty' category, their strategies, target audiences, and value propositions are significantly different. E! directly incentivizes repeat purchases with rewards, while ZeroPact.co builds loyalty by aligning the brand with environmental values.

Our Verdict
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the better choice for merchants primarily focused on driving sales and increasing customer retention through traditional loyalty programs. The high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a proven track record of success.
ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero, while potentially valuable, lacks any user reviews and targets a niche market of environmentally conscious consumers. It's a good fit for brands where sustainability is core to their values and brand identity, but the absence of social proof makes it a riskier choice compared to E! Unless sustainability is a core pillar of your brand's messaging, you should probably avoid ZeroPact.co until they generate more positive traction and reviews.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and manage?
Without direct experience, it's difficult to say definitively. However, ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero's promise of 'seamless integration' suggests a potentially easier setup process compared to E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards, which requires customization of reward structures and VIP tiers.
Which app will have a greater impact on sales?
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is more likely to have a direct and measurable impact on sales due to its focus on incentivizing purchases through rewards, points, and referrals. ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero may indirectly improve sales by attracting environmentally conscious customers, but the impact is less direct and harder to quantify.
Which app is better for building long-term customer relationships?
Both apps can contribute to building long-term customer relationships, but in different ways. E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards fosters loyalty through rewards and engagement, while ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero builds loyalty by aligning the brand with customers' environmental values.
What are the potential downsides of using ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero?
The primary downside of using ZeroPact.co: Towards NetZero is the lack of user reviews and social proof. It's difficult to assess the app's reliability, effectiveness, and ease of use without feedback from other merchants. Additionally, if the target audience isn't environmentally conscious, the app may not provide much ROI.
Can both apps be used together?
Yes, it is theoretically possible to use both apps together. A merchant could offer both a traditional loyalty program (E!) and a carbon-neutral shopping experience (ZeroPact.co). However, it's important to consider whether the combination is relevant to the target audience and whether the added complexity is worth the potential benefits.
