Our Verdict
The choice between EA• Accessibility ADA WCAG EAA and Terms and Conditions Pro+ depends entirely on the specific legal needs of the merchant. If the priority is to ensure website accessibility and comply with accessibility regulations, EA• Accessibility ADA WCAG EAA is the clear choice, despite the low number of reviews. Its features are tailored to improve accessibility and reduce legal risk in that area.
However, if the primary concern is to ensure customers agree to terms and conditions before purchasing, Terms and Conditions Pro+ is the more suitable option. Despite the lower rating, the higher number of reviews provides more data points for evaluation. While the rating raises some concerns, the app addresses a specific legal need that EA• Accessibility does not. Merchants may need to investigate the reasons behind the lower rating before committing. A store might need *both* apps, as they address fundamentally different legal requirements.
