Easify Custom Product Options vs Textbox & Textfield by Textifyfor Shopify (2026)
Easify Custom Product Options and Textbox & Textfield by Textify both aim to enhance product pages with custom fields, but they target different segments of the Shopify market. Easify Custom Product Options positions itself as a comprehensive product customization solution, encompassing a wide range of input types, product add-ons, and a live preview personalizer. This robust feature set caters to merchants seeking advanced product personalization options, such as custom sizes, engraving, or image uploads. Textbox & Textfield by Textify, on the other hand, focuses on simplicity and ease of use, offering a streamlined solution for collecting basic notes and custom text from customers on product pages. The primary distinction lies in the complexity and breadth of features. Easify offers a full suite of customization tools, including conditional logic, price add-ons, and live preview, making it suitable for merchants with complex personalization needs. Textbox & Textfield by Textify prioritizes straightforward text input and order note collection, focusing on a simple user experience and integration. This makes it a preferable choice for stores needing basic custom fields without the overhead of advanced features. The significant difference in the number of reviews (1478 vs. 93) suggests that Easify is more widely adopted and may indicate greater awareness or longer market presence, though it doesn't inherently speak to the quality of either app.
