Easify Product Attachments vs FOLDER ‑ Product Tabsfor Shopify (2026)
Easify Product Attachments and FOLDER ‑ Product Tabs both enhance product display on Shopify, but cater to different needs. Easify Product Attachments focuses on adding downloadable files to product pages, making it ideal for merchants who need to provide documents like manuals, warranties, or licenses. It emphasizes a visually appealing presentation of these attachments, aiming to make them more noticeable than simply including them in the product description. The key value proposition is reducing customer complaints and missed sales due to lack of product information. FOLDER ‑ Product Tabs, on the other hand, is a product description organizer. It uses tabs and accordions to structure product information, creating a better user experience (UX), especially for products with extensive descriptions. The app integrates with other Shopify apps to add specialized tabs like reviews or size charts, expanding its functionality beyond basic description organization. Its target audience are merchants with complex product descriptions or those who want to leverage integrations for added functionality.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Easify Product Attachments and FOLDER ‑ Product Tabs depends on your specific needs. If your priority is providing downloadable files (manuals, warranties, licenses, etc.) directly on the product page, Easify Product Attachments is the better choice. Its focus on visually presenting these attachments and its support for multiple file formats make it a targeted solution.
However, if your main goal is to improve the user experience by organizing lengthy product descriptions or incorporating information from other apps (reviews, size charts), FOLDER ‑ Product Tabs is the more suitable option. The tab and accordion format can significantly enhance readability and navigation, while the app integrations offer a broader range of functionalities. FOLDER would especially benefit stores with high SKUs and product descriptions using lots of headings.
