Easify Product Attachments vs Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Downfor Shopify (2026)
Easify Product Attachments and Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Down, while sharing the 'Product display' category on Shopify, serve fundamentally different purposes and cater to distinct merchant needs. Easify Product Attachments focuses on enriching product pages with downloadable resources. It empowers merchants to provide customers with essential information like manuals, warranties, and certificates directly on product pages, aiming to reduce customer inquiries and boost sales by ensuring transparency and accessibility of product details. In contrast, Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Down tackles a common issue in online retail: clutter in collection pages caused by out-of-stock items. It automates the process of pushing these items to the bottom of collections, ensuring that customers primarily see available products. This is designed to improve the shopping experience, reduce frustration, and potentially increase sales by making in-stock items more prominent. The choice between the two depends entirely on the merchant's priorities: enhanced product information versus optimized collection page display.

Our Verdict
The optimal choice hinges on the specific needs of the Shopify merchant. For stores selling products that require extensive documentation, manuals, or legal information, Easify Product Attachments is the clear winner. Its ability to provide easy access to crucial information directly on product pages improves customer satisfaction and potentially reduces support tickets.
Conversely, if a merchant frequently deals with out-of-stock items and wants to maintain a clean and user-friendly collection page, Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Down offers a valuable solution. By automatically prioritizing in-stock items, it enhances the shopping experience and can lead to increased sales. Although both apps have a 5/5 rating, Easify Product Attachments has significantly more reviews, which could indicate broader adoption and trust.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Down appears to offer a simpler setup with its one-click enable functionality. Easify Product Attachments requires uploading and assigning files, which may take slightly longer, although it is still described as effortless.
Which app is better for improving SEO?
Neither app directly claims to improve SEO. However, Easify Product Attachments *could* indirectly help if the attached PDFs are optimized for search engines, but there is no clear indication that this will have a significant impact.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
Yes, the apps address completely different aspects of product display and should be compatible. One focuses on providing product documentation, while the other manages the visibility of out-of-stock items. However, its always best practice to test new app integrations to ensure compatibility.
Which app is more essential for a new Shopify store?
That depends on the products sold. A new store selling simple products with no need for extra documentation would likely benefit more from Pushy, while a store selling products that require documentation and has support inquiries would greatly benefit from Easify.
What are the limitations of each app?
Easify Product Attachments doesn't explicitly state any limitations. The potential limitations with Pushy include the lack of control over the order of out-of-stock items pushed to the bottom, and reliance on product tags for exclusions.
