Easy Appointment Booking App vs Oc Store Locationsfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Appointment Booking App and Oc Store Locations are two Shopify apps that cater to vastly different needs, despite both being listed under the 'Selling in person' category. Easy Appointment Booking App focuses on enabling businesses to schedule and manage appointments for services, workshops, rentals, tours, experiences, and classes. Its strength lies in its comprehensive feature set, including calendar integration (Google Calendar, Outlook), communication tools (email, text reminders, Klaviyo sync), staff management portal, and customer self-service options for rescheduling. The app is designed for businesses that require robust appointment management capabilities, offering a 'Calendly for Shopify' experience without needing code. On the other hand, Oc Store Locations is a much simpler app focused solely on displaying store locations on an interactive map. It allows merchants to manage their store details, including address, contact information, and operating hours. The app targets businesses with physical storefronts seeking to improve customer navigation and engagement by providing a visual representation of their locations. It lacks the complex scheduling and booking features of Easy Appointment Booking App, focusing instead on basic store location management. The app currently has no reviews or ratings, suggesting it may be a newer or less widely adopted solution compared to Easy Appointment Booking App.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing an appointment scheduling solution – businesses like salons, consultants, trainers, or rental shops – Easy Appointment Booking App is the clear choice. Its rich feature set, positive reviews, and integrations provide a comprehensive platform for managing appointments and engaging with customers. The absence of technical requirements and customizable options further enhance its appeal.
Oc Store Locations is suitable for merchants whose primary need is simply to display store locations on a map. This app would be ideal for businesses with multiple physical stores seeking to improve customer findability. However, given its current lack of reviews and limited feature set, merchants should thoroughly evaluate whether it meets their specific requirements or explore alternative store locator apps with more established reputations and functionality.
