Easy Appointment Booking App vs ShopLocal Store Locatorfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Appointment Booking App and ShopLocal Store Locator are distinct Shopify apps that cater to different needs within the 'Selling in person' category. Easy Appointment Booking App focuses on enabling merchants to manage appointments, bookings, and events directly through their Shopify store. Its strength lies in its comprehensive feature set for appointment scheduling, automated notifications, and integrations with tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and Klaviyo. It targets merchants who offer services, workshops, rentals, tours, experiences, or classes, effectively transforming products into bookable events. It's designed for ease of use, emphasizing no-code setup and customizable options. ShopLocal Store Locator, on the other hand, addresses the challenge of managing store location data, particularly for businesses with wholesale operations. It streamlines location management by connecting to Google Sheets, making it easier to update and maintain store information. Its strength is in providing a responsive and customizable map for a merchant's website. Its target audience is businesses with numerous physical locations, especially those involved in wholesale, where updating location information can be a significant burden. While it offers customization, its primary value proposition is centered on simplifying location data management, not appointment scheduling.

Our Verdict
For merchants who need to manage and sell appointments for services, workshops, or events, Easy Appointment Booking App is the clear choice. Its comprehensive features, integrations, and customer modification options provide a robust solution for scheduling and booking management. The high rating and large number of reviews suggest a high level of customer satisfaction.
However, if a merchant's primary need is to efficiently manage and display store locations, particularly with a large wholesale network, ShopLocal Store Locator is the more suitable option. Its integration with Google Sheets simplifies location data management, which can be a significant time-saver for businesses with numerous locations. While its review count is lower, it addresses a specific pain point effectively.
