Easy Lottie Animations vs Puco Sections: Theme Sectionsfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Lottie Animations and Puco Sections: Theme Sections are both 5-star rated Shopify apps targeting storefront customization, but they cater to drastically different needs and skill levels. Easy Lottie Animations focuses solely on integrating lightweight, crisp Lottie animations into a store with minimal coding. Puco Sections, on the other hand, provides a broad library of pre-designed sections and blocks to expand a theme's capabilities, aiming to reduce the need for custom development. While both claim ease of use, Puco Sections offers a wider range of customization options and aims to enhance the overall store design significantly. The primary differentiator is the scope. Easy Lottie Animations is a niche tool for adding specific visual enhancements, appealing to merchants comfortable with incorporating animations. Puco Sections addresses a more fundamental need: expanding the design and functional capabilities of a Shopify theme without requiring extensive coding knowledge. A merchant seeking purely aesthetic enhancements through animations would be drawn to Easy Lottie Animations, while one looking to overhaul or significantly extend their theme's functionality through pre-built sections would choose Puco Sections.
