Easy PageSpeed Monitor vs MP ‑ Website Speedyfor Shopify (2026)
Both Easy PageSpeed Monitor and MP ‑ Website Speedy aim to improve Shopify store performance. MP ‑ Website Speedy positions itself aggressively towards merchants deeply concerned with SEO, ad ROI (ROAS, CPA), and conversion rates, emphasizing improvements across mobile and desktop platforms. It specifically calls out techniques like asynchronous loading and lazy loading. Easy PageSpeed Monitor, while also having a perfect rating, lacks the same level of detailed feature marketing and focuses on a broader, potentially less sophisticated audience. MP ‑ Website Speedy appears to be geared towards data-driven merchants who actively track metrics such as FCP, LCP, CLS, INP, and TBT, whereas Easy PageSpeed Monitor could be suitable for merchants seeking a simpler, less technical solution. The relatively low number of reviews for both, however, suggests caution and further research might be warranted.

Our Verdict
For merchants who actively monitor and optimize their ad spend and SEO performance, MP ‑ Website Speedy appears to be the stronger choice due to its explicit focus on these areas and the specific techniques it uses. Its emphasis on Core Web Vitals also suggests a more technically comprehensive approach. However, merchants who are simply looking for a straightforward page speed booster without the technical jargon or complex metrics might find Easy PageSpeed Monitor sufficient. Given the low number of reviews for both apps, merchants should consider free trial periods to thoroughly evaluate each app's impact on their store before committing to a paid plan.
